The 2011 Southeastern Flower Show occurred on February 25-27 at the Cobb Galleria Centre. The Show’s theme, “In Tune With Blooms”, was a prominent feature replicated in a variety of ways throughout the Show.
SHS hosted “Farm, Fork and Cork” a farm to table lecture and dinner with James Beard Nominated Chef, Hugh Acheson. The reception and dinner took place Thursday, September 16, 2010 at Chef Acheson’s new Atlanta restaurant, Empire State South. The event featured a cocktail reception and lecture on edible gardening and the importance of local foods and a farm to
“Discover the Beauty of Green” was the theme for the 2010 Southeastern Flower Show which occurred February 4-6, 2010 at the Cobb Galleria Centre.
The 2009 Legacy Garden recipient was Skyland Trail South Residential Facility where a therapeutic greenspace and healing garden was developed to aid in their patients’ recovery.
